Part One..Poetry in Motion

I have created a fun..easy form of exercise.. I call it Poetry In Motion..

It is inspired by several things.. One is a statement on that if one is not sitting still at ones seat, one is exercising..Two.. came from the book Blue Zones..that studied worlds oldest population of healthy people.. one thing in common… they didn’t exercise.. life was exercise.. most walked where they went.. Three.. a story about a woman who would go to the gym and never worked out…exactly.. she stretched for an hour every day.. any way she felt her body needed that day..she progressively got into better and better shape…. 

will start posting my exercise instructions tomorrow.. see if the above ideas inspire new thoughts for you. peace, Kandy.. I am glad you are here.
